The Airparts rearview mirror is a masterpiece of engineering, designed for extreme angles and wide viewing capabilities in the most demanding environments. Our knowledge for the production of mirror glass with tight angles and distortion-free vision in small quantities is unique worldwide.
Capability
Vision where there is no room for a mirror
A canopy bow offers a few centimetres of mounting depth and a curved surface to work with. The mirror must survive vibration, pressure cycling and a 130 °C temperature swing, and still return an image a pilot can trust at a glance.
Built to drawing
Every figure adjustable, from single units upward
Geometry, radius, glass thickness and mount are specified per aircraft. Where volume manufacturers cannot go, we build to drawing — one aircraft type at a time.
