2. Purpose of this website
This website presents our products for information purposes. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer. The specifications shown describe our standard configuration and are subject to change; the specification that applies to any given order is the one confirmed in writing.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Enquiries submitted through this site are not orders. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation. Quotations are valid for 30 days from their date unless stated otherwise.
4. Airworthiness and fitness for purpose
Our products are manufactured to the specification agreed with the customer. Determining suitability for a particular aircraft type, obtaining any required airworthiness approval, and complying with the applicable aviation regulations remain the responsibility of the customer or their certifying authority, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual property
All text, drawings, photographs and other content on this site are protected. Aircraft photography appears courtesy of the respective rights holders and is credited where shown. No content may be reproduced without our written consent.
